Sizzling x Dabrowski Colt; An Absolute Ripper

The positive reports just keep rolling in from Daniel Robinson at DPR Breaking for our cracking Sizzling x Dabrowski Colt. The youngster is currently undergoing his second week under saddle and has started some trot and canter work in company. Last week Daniel commented: "Up to being ridden and has been very good on his first handful of rides, very nice and soft to the bridle. Has been out and around the farm this week and taken a walk through the big barriers. All very positive experiences, he was responsive and shows a good student mentality."

This colts dam Dabrowski is a half sister to New Zealand's leading three year old in 2011/12 ROCK 'N' POP (Fastnet Rock) who was a winner of the Group 1 NZ Two Thousand Guineas. This colt has no shortage of Group 1 pedigree to his page with his grand dam POPSY, a winner of the NZ DERBY and ARC Championships. She went on to produce 10 runners for 9 winners including ROCK 'N' POP and multiple stakes winner LILAKYN.

He is also from the family of black-type earners BEKS, STEELY DAN, PRINCE STANDAAN and BATTLE HAWK. Most will remember Sizzling (Snitzel) for his Group 1 win in the BRC T J Smith. Currently standing at Newgate Farm, Sizzling is the only Group 1 winning two year old at Stud by Snitzel.

He was the must-have purchase from the Magic Millions June Sale for trainer John O'Shea- “He was my pick of our short list. A really strong scopey physical and his stride is effortless. He is all class, a real professional. He is the type of colt I love to train and was a no brainer for me..”

The PDS is now available for this colt with shares selling for $8,000 per 5% share. This includes all expenses until November 30th, Insurance for a year + GST. Please contact Emma Walsh via racing@championthoroughbreds.com.au for more information or to request the PDS.
