She's Got Style, She's Got Grace- She's a Zoustar!

Champion Thoroughbreds and John O'Shea had to wait until the end of the second day at the Inglis Premier Sale to secure Lot 354, a stunning filly by current leading first season sire and two year old sire ZOUSTAR. The filly, backed by an international pedigree, is out of the Dutch Art mare DUTCH ROMANCE a two year old winner over 1400m and stakes placegetter. This filly is the first foal, Dutch Romance had a Written Tycoon colt before being served again by Written Tycoon last year.

Dutch Romance is a half sister to multiple Group winning Godolphin colt DUTCH CONNECTION, an earner of over $800k in prize money from his 22 career starts.

Zoustar needs little introduction, he is the only dual Group One winning son of Champion young sire NORTHERN METEOR defeating Dissident in the Golden Rose and winning the VRC Coolmore Stud Stakes at three. He has hit the ground running as a first season sire, producing Golden Slipper favourite and Magic Millions 2 YO winner SUNLIGHT.

"She's a classy individual by a young gun sire, she was a no-brainer for us" Director Jason Abrahams commented after the sale.

This filly will be paraded at our open day at John O'Shea Racing (7A High St, Randwick) THIS Sunday. All welcome to attend the stables at 10am to see our brilliant line up of yearlings purchased so far.
