John O'Shea Racing will be opening the stable doors on Sunday, October 27th for our 2019 Spring Open Day. Kicking off at 10am, we'll be showcasing our current horses in work and recapping the year as we farewell 2019 and look towards an exciting 2020.

Save The Date: 2020 Yearling Parade

John O'Shea Racing will be opening the stable doors on Sunday, March 15th at 10am for our 2020 Yearling Parade. We'll be showcasing all our 2020 yearling purchased from Magic Millions, Karaka, Inglis Classic + Premier as well as our current horses in work. 

Broadside Armour Kicks Off Career With City Win

It was the perfect start to Broadside Armour's career when he made his debut at Warwick Farm on Wednesday. The 3YO son of Helmet trialed well on two occasions leading into the race and he proved too good for his maiden rivals over the trip of 1400m.  

Southern Lad Nails Rivals For Fifth Career Win

It was a case of all the stars aligning for consistant galloper Southern Lad at Randwick on Saturday. The 5YO son of Ocean Park has been faced with wide draws all preparation when placing on two occasions this preparation. Southern Lad returned to winning form 

Winning Rupert Filly Joins 2020 Crop Of Champion Yearlings

The first day of the Magic Millions Yearling Sale proved a happy hunting ground for the team with the purchase of a lovely Winning Rupert filly out of stakes winning American mare Bibby. The speedy looking conveyance was purchased from the Newgate Farm 

Private Thoughts Provides Brilliant Start To 2020

A missed opportunity for a provincial win has had a silver lining for Private Thoughts who has instead racked up a metropolitan victory at Randwick. Private Thoughts was supposed to run at Gosford on Tuesday but the meeting was called off
