Fantastic Turnout At O'Shea Racing Open Day

The sun was shining, the coffee was brewing and the brownies were warm- the perfect recipe to a successful open day. With close to 100 people walking through the gates for Sunday's Open Day at O'Shea Racing, many shares were snapped up in our impressive line up of babies.

Joining the two year olds were some older Champion favourites including our stable star and war horse Target In Sight along with the black flash Kuro. Attendees of the Open day were free to roam the stables and say hello to their four legged friends, giving ample cuddles and pats to which all the horses were more than obliging. John and Jason discussed each individual horse which was paraded before the crowd, discussing their thoughts and aspirations for the preparation ahead.

Also attending the day was our breaker extraordinaire Daniel Robinson who gave some insightful thoughts on the young horses that he had broke in this year along with Shannon Betts (aka mum) from Emeran Park who chatted about some of the horses who recently returned from spelling at the farm.

There was a fantastic team vibe on Sunday and the Open day was well received by all of those who attended. A special thanks must be extended to the hardworking team behind the scenes who ensured the day ran seamlessly. This includes John's foreman Matt Tremble and the handlers on the day- Helen, Sophie and Alicia.

Following Sunday's Open Day we have the following shares remaining:
MOSSMAN X CREATIVE CHANCE FILLY- 7.5%
SIZZLING X DABROWSKI COLT- 10%
ANIMAL KINGDOM X READY MAGIC FILLY- 40%
SHAMEXPRESS X NEW AGE ROCKA FILLY- 35%
