Sizzling x Dabrowski

Champion Thoroughbreds are thrilled to offer this quality colt by first season sire SIZZLING out of the Encosta De Lago mare DABROWSKI. Dabrowski is a half sister to New Zealand's leading three year old in 2011/12 ROCK 'N' POP (Fastnet Rock) who was a winner of the Group 1 NZ Two Thousand Guineas. This colt has no shortage of Group 1 pedigree to his page with his grand dam POPSY, a winner of the NZ DERBY and ARC Championships. She went on to produce 10 runners for 9 winners including ROCK 'N' POP and multiple stakes winner LILAKYN.

This colt is also from the family of black-type earners BEKS, STEELY DAN, PRINCE STANDAAN and BATTLE HAWK. Most will remember Sizzling (Snitzel) for his Group 1 win in the BRC T J Smith. Currently standing at Newgate Farm, Sizzling is the only Group 1 winning two year old at Stud by Snitzel.

Trainer John O'shea was really excited about securing the colt and branded him the 'must-have' of the sale upon first inspections.
